通过对比电力系统稳定器模型及作用原理的区别,提出了当前电力系统稳定器存在的问题。针对多频段电力系统稳定器(PSS4B)的特点,采用相位和幅值协调整定的方法进行参数整定和优化。基于RTDS建立单机无穷大机网模型,通过试验的方法验证了PSS4B在低、中、高频段对电力系统低频振荡抑制作用的优点和效果,指出了中心频率的变化对反调效果的影响,为PSS4B的工程现场参数整定提供了指导依据,并为PSS4B在现场投运奠定了良好的基础。

By comparing distinction of the power system stabilizer model and its operation principle,the problems existing in the current power system stabilizer are put forward.According to the characteristics of multiband power system stabilizer(PSS4B),the coordinate setting method of phase and amplitude is adopt for parameter setting and optimization.The single machine infinite power network model is established based on real time digital system(RTDS),and through test method PSS4B is verified the advantage and effect of power system low frequency oscillation inhibition at low,medium and high frequencies.It also points out the center frequency change on the effect of anti-regulation so as to provide guiding basis of PSS4B parameter setting for engineering site,and laid a good foundation for PSS4B operation in the field.
