针对国内电力营销终端市场的具体情况,提出了基于“电力积分”为核心理念的需求响应(DR)激励机制设计方案;围绕信用积分激励理论,综合考虑用户类型、外界环境和信用等级等影响因素,基于消费、奖惩积分,构建了计及积分生成和兑换的电力积分理论模型;详细阐述了电力积分激励机制的运营模式、奖惩机制和实施流程,并通过一个实际算例论证了基于电力积分的DR激励机制的可行性和有效性,既可保障供电双方利益,也可充分调动用户的积极性;最后展望了该激励机制在DR中的应用前景。

According to the special circumstances of the terminal power market in China,the demand response(DR)incentive mechanism is proposed based on the core concept of power credit.With the comprehensive consideration on the influence factors like user type,external environment and the credit grade,the model of power credit considering the consumption,rewards and penalties credits is proposed around with the credit score theory.Operation modes,rewards and penalties mechanism and implementation progress of power credit incentive mechanism are described in detail.A practical example is employed to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of power credit incentive mechanism,which can guarantee the mutual interests for both side,but also to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the user.The prospect of incentive application in the DR is illustrated finally.
