    摘要:

    随着新型城镇化的改革,多种分布式电源与多元化负荷逐步接入配电网,多种不确定性因素给配电网的运行调度带来极大挑战。文中建立含热电联产(CHP)机组和风电机组的新型城镇配电网两阶段随机鲁棒优化模型。首先,采用场景集描述负荷波动的不确定性,采用保守性模型构建风电出力模糊集合。两阶段鲁棒优化调度中,第1阶段决策日前机组启停方案,第2阶段考虑风电出力的不确定性决策各机组实时出力。采用KKT(Karush-Kuhn-Tucker)条件将第2阶段双层模型变为单层线性优化问题,整体两阶段模型采用列与约束生成方法迭代求解,在负荷的场景集内得到考虑风电不确定性的新型城镇化配电网鲁棒优化调度方案。最后,通过改进33节点算例和改进123节点算例验证了模型的鲁棒性和经济性以及调度方案应对负荷波动的适应性。

    Abstract:

    As the reformation of new-type urbanization, various of distributed generators and diversified loads are gradually connected to the distribution network. Various uncertainties bring huge challenges to operation and scheduling of distribution network. This paper proposes a two-stage stochastic robust optimal model of the distribution networks in the new-type towns, which consists of combined heat and power(CHP)units and wind turbines. Firstly, scenario sets are applied to describe load fluctuations and ambiguity sets of wind power outputs are built by conservation model. In the two-stage robust optimal scheduling, day-ahead start-stop scheme is determined in the first stage. In the second stage, the actual output of every unit is obtained by the uncertainties considering wind power output. The bi-level model in the second stage is transformed into single-level linear problem by Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)condition. The whole two-stage model is iteratively solved by the column-constraint-generation(CCG)method. Robust optimal scheduling scheme of the distribution networks in the new-type towns considering uncertainties of wind power is obtained in scenario sets of loads. Finally, case studies are implemented on the modified IEEE 33-bus and 123-bus networks. Simulation results verify the robustness and economy of the model and the adaptability of the scheduling scheme for load fluctuations.
