    摘要:

    唐家湾三端柔性直流配电网工程成功应用了世界首套±10 kV三端口混合式直流断路器,可实现多端换流站的联络及故障快速隔离,从而保障系统安全可靠运行。文中针对唐家湾三端柔性直流配电网故障隔离需求,提出三端口混合式直流断路器的拓扑结构、工作原理和技术参数。进而进行三端口直流断路器工程样机研制,开展电流开断试验,试验结果表明,三端口混合式直流断路器工程样机可在2.7 ms内开断10 kA故障电流。最后,将三端口直流断路器工程样机安装在唐家湾三端柔性直流配电网工程,并进行三端系统在线投入、三端系统在线退出和三端系统电流开断试验共3个关键试验,试验结果表明,三端口直流断路器运行状况良好,功能和性能满足工程设计和运行要求。

    Abstract:

    The project of Tangjiawan three-terminal flexible DC distribution network in China successfully applies the first ±10 kV three-terminal hybrid DC circuit breaker all over the world, which can realize the contact and fault isolation of multi-terminal converter stations, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation of the distribution network. In this paper, the topology structure, working principle and technical parameters of the three-terminal hybrid DC circuit breaker are proposed for the fault isolation requirements of the three-terminal flexible DC distribution network in Tangjiawan. Furthermore, the engineering prototype of the three-terminal DC circuit breaker is developed and the current breaking test is carried out. The test results show that the engineering prototype of the three-terminal hybrid DC circuit breaker can interrupt the 10 kA fault current within 2. 7 ms. Finally, the three-terminal DC circuit breaker is installed in the project of Tangjiawan three-terminal flexible DC distribution network, and three key tests are carried out, including online input, online quit and current breaking tests of three-terminal system. The test results show that the three-terminal DC circuit breaker is in good condition, and its function and performance can meet the requirements of engineering design and operation.
