系统互联视角下的城域电力-交通融合网络协同

摘要:

能源和交通是人类社会发展的两大核心问题。随着电动汽车保有量的逐年攀升,电力系统与交通系统这2个人造系统将经由深度交互作用而融合,同时海量异质车辆用户也将作为社群环节嵌入其中,构成复杂的信息-物理-社群系统。在特大城市电力-交通融合网络(IETN)中,为使全系统运行在安全、经济、可靠的状态,可在信息采集的基础上,通过调节指令与价格信号等多重手段对融合系统中的各环节进行控制或引导。文中对系统互联视角下的城域IETN协同进行了描述,从发展趋势、技术与政策、架构与运行、关键技术与存在问题等角度对2个系统融合的现状与未来潜力进行了探讨。将传感技术与IETN相结合,通过信息采集、分析优化、信号下发等环节对车辆用户的运行状态进行监测与调控,可使融合系统在综合能效、运营服务能力、拥堵状况等多方面指标有所改善。

Coordination of Urban Integrated Electric Power and Traffic Network from Perspective of System Interconnection

Abstract:

Energy and traffic are the two core issues in the development of human society. As the number of electric vehicles keeps rising, the two artificial systems, namely electric power system and transportation system, will be integrated through deep interaction, making up the complex cyber-physical-social system. And massive heterogeneous electric vehicle users will also be involved. To make the urban integrated electric power and traffic network (IETN) operate in a safe, economical and reliable status, various methods including control and price signals can be used based on data acquired by information collection. In this paper, coordination of urban IETN is described from the perspective of system interconnection. The current situation and future potentials are discussed from the aspects of development trends, technology and policy, architecture and operation, key technologies and existing problems. By integrating wireless sensing technology into IETN, the operation status of eclectic vehicle users could be monitored and controlled through information collection, analysis and optimization and signal transmission. Thus, the integrated network could have improvement in various aspects such as overall energy efficiency, operation service capacity and congestion status.
