柔性互联智能配电网关键技术研究进展与展望

摘要:

通过以智能软开关、能量路由器和智能功率/信息交换基站为代表的电力电子设备实现配电网的柔性互联,更好地适应多元源-储-荷设备的接入,将是未来智能配电网的演进趋势。从柔性互联智能配电网的概念阐述入手,详细介绍其核心柔性互联设备的拓扑结构及工作原理,分析柔性互联智能配电网规划设计、运行控制和故障自愈等关键技术的研究现状与难点,并对未来需要重点研究的技术领域和工程应用前景进行了讨论与展望。

Research Progress and Prospects of Key Technologies of Flexible Interconnected Smart Distribution Network

Abstract:

Using power electronic devices represented by soft open points, energy routers, and smart power/information exchange stations to realize the flexible interconnection of the distribution network, and better adapting to the integration of multi-source-storage-load devices, will be the development trends of the future smart distribution network. Starting from the concept of flexible interconnected smart distribution networks, the paper introduces in detail the topological structure and working principle of its core devices, i.e. flexible interconnected devices. Meanwhile, the research status and difficulties of key technologies of flexible interconnection smart distribution networks such as planning and design, operation control and fault self-healing are analyzed. Finally, the technical fields that need to be studied in the future and the engineering application prospects are discussed and prospected.
