具有源荷不平衡特性的配电网智能软开关和储能联合规划

摘要:

柔性互联装置的广泛应用使得主动配电网的运行更加可控和灵活。文中提出一种智能软开关和储能设备的协同规划方案,用于均衡具有源荷不平衡特性的配电网的能量分配,以提高配电网的经济性和可靠性。首先,考虑分布式电源出力的不确定性,采用K-means方法构建典型日场景,并在此基础上,以年综合费用最小为目标函数,建立协同规划模型。然后,通过大M法和二阶锥松弛技术,将原始的非线性非凸模型转化为混合整数二阶锥规划模型,并采用综合范数的两阶段分布鲁棒模型,寻找在最恶劣场景概率分布下运行成本最低的规划方案,提升规划模型的鲁棒性。最后,采用两个源荷不平衡的IEEE 33节点主动配电网算例验证了所提规划模型的可行性。

Joint Planning of Soft Open Point and Energy Storage in Distribution Networks with Source-Load Imbalance Characteristics

Abstract:

The wide application of flexible interconnection devices makes the operation of active distribution networks more controllable and flexible. This paper proposes a cooperative planning scheme of soft open points and energy storage devices for balancing the energy distribution in distribution networks with source-load imbalance characteristics in order to improve the economy and reliability of distribution networks. First, considering that the distributed generator output has uncertainty, the K-means method is used to construct a typical-day scenario, based on which a cooperative planning model is established with the minimum annual comprehensive cost as the objective function. Then, the original nonlinear nonconvex model is transformed into a mixed-integer second-order cone planning model by the big-M method and second-order cone relaxation techniques, and a two-stage distributionally robust model with integrated paradigms is used to find the planning scheme that can obtain the lowest operating cost under the probability distribution in the worst scenario in order to improve the robustness of the planning model. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed planning model is verified through the case with two source-load imbalanced IEEE 33-bus active distribution networks.
