考虑疲劳载荷的双馈风电机组自适应LQG一次调频控制策略

摘要:

针对双馈风电机组参与电力系统调频时疲劳载荷会显著增加的问题,提出了考虑疲劳载荷的双馈风电机组自适应线性二次型高斯(linear quadratic Gaussian,LQG)一次调频控制策略。采用小信号法构建了在额定风速以下和额定风速以上两种线性化双馈风电机组调频模型,通过等效同步发电机组的惯量响应以及静态调差特性确定双馈风电机组的期望输出功率,构造了以双馈风电机组期望输出功率与实际输出功率之差和载荷最小为目标的性能指标函数,并通过快速迭代Riccati方程实时求解该性能指标函数,获得双馈风电机组最优调频功率,实现一次调频控制的同时减少双馈风电机组载荷。此外,提出了根据剩余转子动能及频率偏差自适应调整性能指标函数权重的方法,进一步优化了双馈风电机组的调频能力。仿真结果表明,所提策略有效提升双馈风电机组调频能力的同时减少了机组疲劳载荷。

Adaptive Linear Quadratic Gaussian Primary Frequency Regulation Control Strategy for Doubly-fed Wind Turbines Considering Fatigue Loads

Abstract:

In view of the problem that the fatigue loads of doubly-fed wind turbines will significantly increase when participating in power system frequency regulation, an adaptive linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) primary frequency regulation control strategy for doubly-fed wind turbines considering fatigue loads is proposed. Two linearized doubly-fed wind turbine frequency regulation models are constructed using the small-signal method, one below the rated wind speed and the other above the rated wind speed. The expected output power of the wind turbines is determined by the inertial response and static droop characteristics of the equivalent synchronous generator. A performance index function with the goal of minimizing the difference between the expected output power and the actual output power of the wind turbine, as well as the fatigue load, is constructed. The optimal frequency regulation power of the wind turbine is obtained in real-time by quickly solving the Riccati equation of the performance index function, thereby achieving primary frequency regulation control while reducing the fatigue load of the wind turbine. Furthermore, a method of adaptively adjusting the weight of the performance index function according to the remaining rotor kinetic energy and frequency deviation of the wind turbine is proposed to further optimize the frequency regulation capability of the unit. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the frequency regulation capability of wind turbines while reducing the fatigue load of the units.
