摘要:
      广域测量系统采集的相量测量单元(PMU)数据越来越广泛应用于电网数据采集与监控系统,由于PMU采用的快速傅里叶变换算法无法区分工频信号和低频干扰,PMU采集的工频变量数据中包含低频振荡扰动成分,将影响电网稳态计算和分析的正确性。为了提取PMU采集数据中的工频变量,以低频强迫振荡为例,分析了低频振荡对PMU采集工频变量的影响,利用计算PMU采集数据的上包络和下包络并求出均值的方法,提出了一种分离PMU采集数据中低频干扰以获取工频变量的方法。通过对低频强迫振荡时PMU采集的实际电网数据进行分析,验证了文中所提方法的正确性。理论分析和实际PMU数据分析结果表明,所提方法能够快速准确提取PMU采集数据中的工频变量,对于提高PMU数据在电网稳态分析和动态监测中的利用价值,具有重要意义和较大价值。
Abstract:
      Phasor measurement unit (PMU) data is increasingly used in supervisory control and data acquisition. The low frequency disturbance mixed in PMU data will affect the steady-state analysis results when forced low frequency oscillation is triggered in the power grid. In order to obtain the normal 50 Hz parameter from PMU data, a method is proposed based on the theoretical analysis of low frequency disturbance to the PMU data. The validity of the method proposed was verified by analysis of real PMU data under the influence of forced low frequency oscillation in the power grid. The results of theoretical analysis and real PMU data analysis show that the normal 50 Hz parameter can be obtained quickly. The accuracy of steady-state analysis and wide application of PMU data could be improved by this method.
