摘要:
      调度一体化、调控一体化等大运行业务发展为调控中心内部全业务模型和图形等信息一体化维护和共享,以及调控中心之间各应用模型、计算结果等信息一体化双向共享提出了更高的要求。文中简要介绍了电网模型和图形一体化应用现状及大运行体系下的新应用需求,提出了适应于大运行体系的电网模型和图形等信息共享方案,从调控中心全业务电网模型和图形等信息一体化维护、调控中心之间各应用模型、图形、应用计算结果等信息一体化共享,模型图形统一验证、模型发布等几个方面进行了深入研究。实践表明,该方案能够满足大运行业务发展的需求,为调控中心内部各专业之间及调控中心之间紧密配合、统一部署、一体化运作提供了基础支撑。
Abstract:
      The development of grand operation business such as integrated dispatching and integrated control makes higher requirements on integrated maintenance and sharing of all-service model and graphics inside a dispatching and control center. A brief description is made of the current application of integrated two-way sharing of models, graphics and calculation results between dispatching and control centers as well as the new application demand of the grand operation. An information sharing scheme of grid model and graphics applicable to the grand operation is proposed. And a thorough study is made on such aspects as integrated maintenance and sharing of all-service model and graphics inside a dispatching and control center, plus integrated two-way sharing of application models, graphics and calculation results between control centers, unified verification of model and graphics, and model information publishing. Practice shows that the scheme is able to meet the demand of the grand operation development by laying a good foundation for close coordination, unified deployment, and integrated operation within a control center and between control centers.
