摘要:
      传统备自投方法难以正确区分进线故障导致母线失压和稳定控制系统动作切除进线导致母线失压两种情况,可能导致备自投误动或拒动,影响电网的稳定运行和供电可靠性。文中根据稳定控制系统动作和进线故障切除时,母线电压和进线电流的不同变化特点,提出了一种适应稳定控制系统动作的备自投开放判据。该判据可在稳定控制系统动作切除进线时,自动闭锁备自投;而当进线故障切除时,可靠开放备自投。仿真测试验证了所提判据的正确性。
Abstract:
      Traditional automatic switchover methods can hardly correctly distinguish between two cases: the cause of bus voltage loss is the incoming line fault or the cut of incoming line by the security and stability control system. It may cause the incorrect operation or refusing action of the automatic switchover device, which affects the stable operation of power system and the reliability of power supply. According to different variation characteristics of bus voltage and incoming line current when the security and stability control system cuts the incoming line and the incoming line is removed because of the fault. This paper proposes an opening criterion for automatic switchover to adapt to the actions of the security and stability control system. The criterion can lock the automatic switchover function when the security and stability control system cuts the incoming line, and it can also reliably open the automatic switchover function when the incoming line is removed due to fault. Finally, the correctness of the criterion is verified by a simulation test.
