大停电后电力系统恢复初期发电机的启动顺序对恢复进程有重要影响。针对现有发电机排序方法中存在的优化目标不一致和重复计算等问题,提出基于迪杰斯特拉算法的发电机启动顺序优化方法。改进支路权值,建立优先级指标,综合考虑支路权值以及发电机启动功率和爬坡率对发电机进行排序。采用避免回溯的计算方法,改进迪杰斯特拉算法调用逻辑,避免重复调用迪杰斯特拉算法,有效减少计算量。以IEEE39节点系统为例,验证了所提方法的优越性。

The generator start-up sequence is critical to power system restoration after black-out.To avoid the inconformity of optimization goals and the repeat call of Dijkstra method,a new algorithm of optimizing the start-up sequence of generator based on Dijkstra method is proposed.The modification for the weight of the branches and generators are proposed.Based on the modified weights,a priority index considering the branch weight,generator start-up requirement and ramping rate is proposed to optimize the generator start-up sequence.Furthermore,a method of bypassing the backtracking is proposed and the logic to call Dijkstra is improved to prevent the repetition of Dijkstra and reduce the computation cost.The IEEE 39-bus system is used for validation of the optimization algorithm.
