中国电力市场未来研究方向及关键技术

摘要:

近年来中国电力市场建设已取得诸多成果,市场交易量及可再生能源消纳比例均显著提升。为进一步深化电力市场建设,明确未来中国电力市场研究及发展方向,首先,分析了中国电力市场建设现状并研究了中国电力市场未来的发展趋势。然后,聚焦对电力市场发展产生重要影响的方向及关键技术进行了广泛研究,主要包括具有中国特色的电力市场理论和机制创新,以及适应能源转型和电力市场化改革大背景下的电力市场商业模式。最后,结合中国电力市场现状及未来发展的现实需要提出了相关政策建议,以期为中国电力市场建设提供参考。

Future Research Areas and Key Technologies of Electricity Market in China

Abstract:

In recent years, many achievements have been accomplished in the construction of electricity market in China, and both the market trading volume and the consumption ratio of renewable energy have increased significantly. In order to further construct electricity market and clarify the future research and development direction of electricity market in China, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of electricity market construction in China and studies its future development trend. Secondly, it conducts extensive researches on key technologies and the directions with important impacts on the development of the electricity market, including the theory and mechanism innovations of the electricity market with Chinese characteristics, and the business models of the electricity market in the context of energy transition and market-oriented reform of electric power industry. Finally, considering the current state of electricity market in China and the practical needs of future development, this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations to provide references for the construction of electricity market in China.
