就地化保护装置流水线测试系统研制

摘要:

为适应就地化保护装置接口的变化,提升测试效率,提出了就地化保护流水线自动测试系统的构建方法。文中详细介绍了流水线测试系统的整体设计思路及核心测试流程。测试系统采用层次化、标准化、模块化的体系架构,通过双自由度精密定位和柔性接插自动传输装载被测设备,建立通用测试模板与配置文件映射自动生成测试实例,基于关键字分解和相似度比较完成装置信息的关联匹配,最终实现适应不同就地化保护装置的全自动闭环测试。

Abstract:

To improve the test efficiency and adapt to the change of the interface of outdoor installation protection devices, the construction method of assembly automatic test system is proposed. The overall design idea and core test procedure of assembly test system are introduced in detail. The test system adopts a hierarchical, standardized and modular architecture. The system transmits and loads the tested devices automatically by two-degree-of-freedom precision location and flexible connection. Test instances are generated by establishing common test templates and configuration files mapping. Correlation matching of device information is realized by keyword decomposition and similarity comparison. At last, the test system can realize fully automatic closed-loop testing of different outdoor installation protection devices.
